From the moment we arrived, Rene was attentive and approached us Toni traduce himself. He retrieved the car we were interested in and offered us water while we waited. When it came to negotiating, he presented our offer to his manager and brought him over to speak to us. We were greeted by his manager with great service and he was able to work with our offer. Friendly sales staff and easy to work with. They also delivered my vehicle and I was 2 hours away with traffic. Full tank of gas and the vehicle was washed.
Rene was great, definitely getting my upgrade in a few years from here! My finance person was awesome as well, he provided very important information and made sure he adjusted what needed to be adjusted as well as made sure I understood what I was purchasing.

Awesome car buying experience! I drove from Sacramento to buy a car from this dealership. I worked with Johnny-Sales Rep, Gevork-Sales Rep, Reza-Sales Manager and Michael-Finance. I have never had a more amazing experience when buying a car. This dealership is exceptional and anyone in need of a car needs to work with the team that helped me purchase my car 100%!! I would like to start off by saying I am very happy by the level of service received by the sales, finance, cleaning team at the dealership Mike from Finance, Oscar of sales and everyone was a dream to work with very happy with them still.The sales department even when out of their way to compensate me for LYFT and UBER expenses before RECEIVING the My Dodge Challenger Widebody I was and still am very very impressed with them total amount was $282.00. Their service department is where they failed me. IF ANYONE HAS A VALID COMPLAINT (CONTRACTUAL OR OTHERWISE HERE IS THE FORM AND WEBSITE. https://www.bar.ca.gov/Consumer/Complaint_Process_and_Form/ https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/uploads/2020/03/inv172a.pdf ( I bought car almost 3 and half weeks ago and this how they treat you after What a poor show and a sincere disappointment they are ( service department ) very slow and very far from the level of service that the sales department gave me. They seem to have blocked my number from calling. No backbone. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND SUBPAR SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT On June 19 2020 I had talked to Mike director of service to discuss my tire situation I had informed I called service department on June 13 2020 to purchase a stock tire but were unable to do same day because ordering delays, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT also neglected to inform me that I could've filed a claim at their store for the presumed defective tire; because of the tire change I requested for the replacement tire to be filled with nitrogen (a $500.00 PACKAGE I PAID FOR IN THE PURCHASE CONTRACT) THE NITROGEN PACKAGE DOES NOT HAVE ANY DISCLOSURES OR LIMITATIONS LISTED I HAVE THE CONTRACT AND ALL OTHER PAPERWORK. I also had asked for him to check the tire pressure on all 4 tires and I inquired about an alignment (which i would pay out of pocket for). THEIR EXCUSE IS THAT THEY DON'T WANT TO ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY SINCE I REPLACED THE TIRE. THEY ARE SERVICING ALL MAKES AND MODELS NOT LIMITED TO THEIR OWN BRANDS AT THIS TIME AND DURING THE TIME I PURCHASED THE CAR; IT IS A HUGE LIABILITY AND AGAINST THE LAW NOT TO CHECK ALL 4 TIRES AIR PRESSURE IF REQUESTED, AND ITS A LIABILITY TO LEAVE A CUSTOMER HANGING THIS WAY WITH ALL OF THESE IMMEDIATE SAFETY CONCERNS REJECTED , ITS COMPLETE HYPOCRISY AND BS. My reasoning to take care all of these things was out fear for my safety and the safety of others on the road, I've contacted Pirelli Tire US LLC after the fact and they concluded as well that it was and IS not safe to be driving the car in its current state. To my shock I was declined of all the services and requests I made for immediate safety by Mike Director of the service department. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND SUBPAR SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT Because I was overwhelmed and concerned by the immediate danger created as a result of the denial of these services me and Mike Asatryan the director of service and I had a lengthy discussion about this which apparently led me to be banned from the Dealership???? I just bought the car on May 27 and now I'm banned? This is very concerning. I've contacted FCA, and will contact the DMV Investigations (INV 172A) regarding the failure to fulfill service(s) purchased and outlined in the Purchase agreement, as well as look into the safety concern(s) that were ignored by the Service department. There are scratches along the driver side of my brand new truck that they dont seem to care about or want to deal with. Won’t return calls. Salesman never contacted me again after the sale even though he was supposed to set up the repair work and he kept my second key.
Charged me 200 dollars to check passenger headlight leak, truck 2019 less than 5000 miles. Never took it apart , said it was damaged in previous accident, not under warranty. Accident didn’t involve front or passenger side at all. Supervisor never answered phone or messages. Now having trouble with truck just bought 1 week ago.
I got my car from this dealership beacuse they have the best service and best offers . Very kind staff and helpful . I wouldn’t try any other dealership
The employees here are nothing but liers and Reza is the leader. When I arrived at this dealership, the sales team won't even show me the car and said the actual price is at least $5,000 more. A classic case of bait and switch. The deralship shold be ashamed of themselves. I wonder if Russell Westbrook knows how his emplyees are making his name become nothing but trash by their business antics.

I was very unhappy the way business was done they had one tire bigger than the other one it was a chip in the front window that they covered up that’s not the way you do business and you’re buying a vehicle cost a lot of money

Sales representative and fianance manager did not explain dealership aftermarket. Also did not explain features of the vehicle and benefits. Finance rushed the signing of paperworks.

The night before I was texting salesman Nate and we agreed to a price and conditions. I was told the price was good for two days and I still have the text messages to prove it. About 11 hours later I show up to purchase the vehicle now the price was $5,000 more. Nate goes on to tell me that is the price of it. I showed him the conversation from the night before and he said he talked to the general manager after waiting for 2 hours and that is now the new price. This dealership is almost 2 hours from my house and I got drop-off in the morning so I was stuck there to buy the truck. I did do a review on a few websites and and the General manager commented on the reviews with an email address to contact him. I emailed and called and he never responded.
price on a 2017 Jeep went from 34k to 43k.. salesman said we’d get a spare key in the mail. A month later no spare key and now he claims he never said that. More than 1 witness was present during the purchase and heard what was said. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership

This dealership was far busier than I would have expected when I met with Sia, whom is very pleasant and knowledgeable. We negotiated outside away from the normal dealings and came to agree on a deal that worked for both parties. Sia made the difference in closing the deal and Michale in finance completed the deal. We want to thank sia for being patient with us we love the new car the only bad thing I can say has nothing to do with sia. Russell Westbrook needs to get rid of reza he is completely horrible and tries to get more money out of you and my family didn’t appreciate him being so rude. He laughed at my mothers income and said she wouldn’t be able to get the car we wanted and guess what we got it. So please get rid of him. He lost business once from us but sia is the one that helped us get this car.
