I wish I knew everyone's name that i dealt with but it's too many. I made an appt with Rene to see the car. Someone from internet sales called me regarding an interest that i did online, she told me the car had been sold. I expressed I was upset that I had an appt and no called to tell me car was sold. She put me on hold comes back and says they decided not to take it. That was very unprofessional of her to say it had been sold when she was not sure that it had been. When I got to the dealer, Rene had the car ready for me to inspect and test drive. We went over numbers, it didn't work out, they weren't willing to come down on the price at all and Iwasn't going to pay as much as they were asking. Lucky for me, I was not in need of a car. I watched this car over the next few days into weeks and the price was going up. A few people had called me over this course to see about closing the deal but numbers still didn't work out for both of us. The final call, they accepted my offer. Went the next day to get the car. This was my 3rd visit, I asked that they prepare paperwork so I could just sign and be in my way, not wasting their time or my time, they refused, said I had to be there. Each time I went, Rene was great. Only so much power he holds and he tried to get the deal closed the first and second time. I'm kinda glad it didn't work out the other visits because I got the car for less than my previous offers. The finance guy "Jersong" was very thorough going over the docs and open to questions I had.

Nice experience. Salesperson was very nice and knowledgeable. Management easy to deal with. Had to wait a little bit long for financing to get approved but that seems normal on a Sunday. Also, if I could recommend not having to drive back-and-forth from the dealership to the lot that would be good but I understand that there are Lotta restaurants that the dealership has to deal with.

Everyone from Mr Patrick, to REZA and Mr. Ross in the Finance Department acted with integrity and my best interest in mind. The icing on the cake was when I was told the Bext day that because of the dealership pledge I was receiving another $500 in price reduction because of a mishap.
